Lacey Lewis
Artist Statement
"While I have been mostly known for my paintings featuring burlesque and sideshow performers, my more recent works have focused on the figure in fantastic nature. I am interested in the beauty of people, the sky, plants, and natural patterns. My work also often explores gender identity as I believe that all people inhabit both masculine and feminine roles."
